Engineering A Quality of Life

Daniel Negrete, Engineer in Training

Graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic State University and obtaining the Engineer-in-Training license are my proudest accomplishments early in my career. My skills in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, HEC-HMS, and HEC-RAS have been honed through my experience as a Civil Engineering Assistant applying design principles to a broad spectrum of projects. I have facilitated projects for street roadway design, pavement rehabilitation, subdivision improvement plans, utility design, hydrology and drainage analysis, cost estimate preparation, and construction administration. I have a strong inclination towards water resources experience and will achieve quality projects with effective communication under the supervision of senior multidisciplinary engineering professionals. During my tenure with Tri City Engineering, I seek to gain experience with equitable projects that adhere to the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Hobbies in the great outdoors, such as fishing, hiking, and camping in the neighboring Sierras, are my favorite pastime.
