Engineering A Quality of Life

Noel Bucu, Professional Engineer
Noel has over 25 years of combined consultant and public agency civil engineering experience. He has held various roles throughout all aspects of civil design and management. In his years in the engineering field, Noel has worked on residential, commercial and public works projects. This exposure has given him a very broad and an in-depth knowledge of what it takes to provide excellent service and deliver quality projects.

Throughout his career, he was successful in areas of civil engineering design including site design, grading, drainage, sewer, water and storm drainage design. He is also highly skilled in project management with an extensive knowledge of state and federal programs and guidelines related to transportation infrastructure projects.

Noel began his engineering career working for Lars Andersen and Associates, Inc. where started as Design Engineer, promoted to Project Manager and ultimately promoted to the position of Vice President. He also gained experience from the City of Fresno working as a Design Engineer. Most recently, he was employed by Caltrans District 6 in the Encroachment Permits Division and eventually in the Local Assistance Division as a Local Assistance Engineer.
