Neftali Guerrero, Engineering Assistant
Neftali Guerrero has been a valued member of Tri City Engineering for the past two years. He supports the firm’s civil engineering and municipal infrastructure projects through design assistance, drafting, field coordination, and construction support.

Neftali brings both academic training and hands-on construction experience to the TCE team. Prior to joining Tri City Engineering, he worked in commercial construction performing metal stud framing, material takeoffs, layout measurements, and plan interpretation . This field experience gives him a practical understanding of constructability, jobsite safety, and the importance of clear, accurate plan documents.

He earned Associate degrees in Arts and Science from Porterville College and continued his engineering studies at Fresno State University , where he completed advanced coursework in structural analysis and design, including Statics, Mechanics of Materials, Theory of Structures, Reinforced Concrete Design, Steel Design, and Timber Design .

During his time at Fresno State, Neftali participated in the ASCE MidPac Steel Bridge Competition, contributing to structural design calculations and fabrication coordination . This experience strengthened his skills in teamwork, problem-solving, and applied structural design.

At Tri City Engineering, Neftali has expanded his technical capabilities in:
• Civil drafting and plan production (AutoCAD)
• Preparation of construction details and plan sheets
• Quantity takeoffs and cost support
• Coordination with contractors and field staff
• Construction observation and documentation
• Municipal street and infrastructure improvement projects

He has contributed to projects including Street Improvement Projects, Slurry projects, and the Ramsey Park Project, assisting with plan development, revisions, and construction-phase support.

Neftali is proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Excel, and Microsoft Office and is bilingual, allowing him to effectively communicate with diverse project teams and field personnel.
