Tri City Engineering, Inc. (TCE) is a Civil Engineering and Land Surveying firm established in 1984, with our corporate office located in Fresno, California. Our list of clients include municipalities, special districts and private sector businesses. 

Our engineers and technicians specialize in public works projects for communities of all sizes throughout California. We work with regulatory agencies on a daily basis and are familiar with project requirements that need to be addressed for successful project completion. We know municipal infrastructure and understand the need of the communities we serve.
