Oscar M. Ramirez

With thirty-five years of experience, Mr. Ramirez has had a highly diversified career. Before starting his own company in 1984, Mr. Ramirez was employed for twelve years with Bechtel Power Corporation working in construction and inspection work on nuclear power plants other heavy industry projects. Since leaving Bechtel, Mr. Ramirez has specialized in public works projects for communities in the San Joaquin Valley, as a partner in Tri City Engineering Inc. Mr. Ramirez has provided services in project management, project engineering, cost estimating, and construction. Civil engineering services include design of streets and roads, municipal waste water collection system, potable water distribution, storm water drainage, right-of-way improvements, property acquisition, and site investigation.

Daniel has an extensive background in civil engineering and land surveying, having worked on hundreds of both private and public sector projects for more than 25 years. Dan has worked on residential and community projects. His experience extends into master planning and design; grading and drainage design; storm water storage design; sewer and water systems; dry utility coordination; NPDES; SWPPP applications; and coordination and erosion control plans. Dan also has extensive experience with construction surveying, land surveying and mapping.

Dan is responsible for overseeing daily company operations. He lends his considerable experience and expertise to competent analysis and design with oversight on improvement plan preparation and entitlement applications.
