Rene A. Ramirez, Project Manager - Public Utilities Mr. Ramirez brings with him 25 years of Central Valley public sector experience with the following credentials:

State of California Water Treatment Plant Operator Certificate T-4
State of California - Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator Certificate Grade II
Public sector management, administrative, human resource, field operations, budgeting, capital planning, public financing, rate analysis and public outreach experience

Most recently Mr. Ramirez was the Director of Public Utilities for the City of Fresno. For almost five years, he was Director and responsible for a large enterprise department with six divisions, more than 700 employees, and annual operating and maintenance budget of $180 million, and an annual capital budget exceeding $100 million that provides water, sewer, wastewater treatment, solid waste, recycling and utility billing services for the fifth largest city in California.
